Shut the main valve, usually in the basement where the water line comes through the front wall, then call us. If you cannot find it, we will talk you through it on the phone.
How do I keep pipes from freezing?
Keep the heat at 55°F or above, open the cabinet doors under sinks on outside walls, and let a faucet drip on the coldest nights.
Do you charge more at night?
No. There is no overtime charge; the price you approve is the price at 3 am too.
